The Hiring Hall is seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual to fill the role of barback. Applicants must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work extended hours during the evenings and weekends. 

Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal    

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking barbacks to join our team. As a barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring exceptional service for our guests. Your responsibilities will include stocking bars, preparing garnishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient bar operations during events. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies 

• Prepare garnishes, such as fruits and herbs, for drinks 

• Ensure bars are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout events 

• Collect and wash glassware and utensils 

• Dispose of trash and recycling from bars and service areas 

• Maintain cleanliness of barback stations and storage areas 

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed 

• Provide friendly and efficient service to bartenders and guests 

• Adhere to all stadium policies, procedures, and safety standards 

• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barback or in a similar role preferred  

• Knowledge of basic drink preparation and bar equipment 

• Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 100 pounds, and stand for extended periods 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work evenings and weekends. 

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking bartenders to join our team. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to Snapdragon Stadium patrons during sporting events, concerts, and other special events hosted at the stadium. This position requires a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with stadium and legal standards. 

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed. 

• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately. 

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenishing supplies as necessary. 

• Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and policies, including checking identification and preventing over-consumption. 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience. 

• Assist in setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after events. 

• Handle any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a stadium or large venue setting. 

• Extensive knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes. 

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse crowds. 

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. 

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Responsible Beverage Service Certification is mandatory

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds. 

• Work in a noisy environment and navigate through crowds as necessary.
